Siamak is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer with over 24 years of professional experience in civil and geotechnical engineering research and practice in Australia and overseas. Siamak is a board member of the Australasian Chapter of the International Geosynthetics Society (ACigs) and a Chartered  Professional Engineer (CPEng) and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).

He has managed multidisciplinary design and construction quality assurance projects on a variety of civil engineering fields including landfill and waste management, tailings storage facility, water storage earth dams and associated structures, and dam safety reviews and certifications, road and transport infrastructure and urban development ground investigations, and slope stability. His project management and technical leadership skills extend to planning, design, and coordinating civil/geotechnical works from project initiation through to completion.
